Reception Gate Zedelgem
In addition to the necessary facilities for visitors, you will find the Kamphuis, the reception building of Vloethemveld. The volunteers of vzw Vloethemveld provide the reception here and offer visitors a warm welcome.
Every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday you can go there from 1 to 6 pm for all questions about Vloethemveld, to register for activities, to buy route maps or just to relax. Free binoculars, umbrellas and waste sticks can be derived and consumption is not mandatory.
Reception gate Jabbeke
The two reception gates Vloethemveld (1 in Jabbeke and 1 in Zedelgem) are the ideal starting point for your visit to the area. At every reception gate you will find a parking, accessible public toilets, drinkable water, picnic benches, information boards and bicycle charging points and various routes for walkers, runners, and cyclists depart from each gate.
Play zone
A play zone full of adventure awaits at the reception gate in Zedelgem! Here you are allowed off the trails and can build camps, climb on the crocodile staircase, roll along the hills and plow with your boots in the deep puddles.

Dogs
In Vloethemveld, dogs are welcome in the publicly accessible forest. However, keep them on the line. Other animals and people will be grateful to you.
Dogs are not allowed in Camp Vloethemveld, the quiet area and the reception building.
We also like to refer to the dog release meadow along the Diksmuidse Heirweg in Zedelgem. Perfect space to let them run loose there and get to know other dog owners.
