With pesto, the possibilities are endless – you can use it in pasta, as a dip, as a spread, or as a finishing touch for a dish. In this workshop, you will learn about wild edible plants that can be found in early spring and you will use them to make pesto. After an introduction by our enthusiastic herbalist Anje, you will make your own pesto and even take a jar home with you.

Please bring:

• A jar for preparing your pesto
• A jar to take your pesto home
• A blender, if possible
• Spoon and knife
• Optional: kitchen towel
