Workshop 'Wild Foraging in Spring'

Reserve
PREVIOUS

Discover the richness of nature during a two-part wild foraging course. In the theoretical session on March 14, you will learn the basic principles of wild foraging. How do you recognize edible plants? Which plants are safe? What uses and traditions are associated with them?

Two weeks later, on March 28, we will head into nature together for the practical session. We will learn to identify plants in the field, collect them, and taste them. You will discover how to use them in the kitchen.

An inspiring combination of knowledge and experience, ideal for anyone who wants to live closer to nature. Each session runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
